ShesUnCovered to Host Moo-moos & Mocktails Fundraiser for Women and Girls with Hair Loss


 

Lansing, MI — ShesUnCovered, a non-profit organization based in Old Town Lansing, is hosting a special fundraising event, "Moo-moos & Mocktails," to support women and girls experiencing various forms of hair loss. The event is set for September 7th, 2024, from 5-8 p.m. at the Angelene L. Trice Family Life Center at Tabernacle of David, 2645 W. Holmes Rd., Lansing.


ShesUnCovered offers essential services such as emotional support, confidence coaching, connections to mental health resources, and wig consultation, providing assistance to an underserved population dealing with low to severe hair loss, including those with Alopecia Areata. The "Moo-moos & Mocktails" fundraiser will not only help sustain these vital programs but also increase awareness of Alopecia Areata and other hair loss conditions.

The evening will be filled with mocktails, elegant attire, and activities aimed at bringing the community together for a good cause. Guests can enjoy giveaways, best-dressed contests, vendors, and raffles. It promises to be a night of fun, connection, and empowerment.
