The Village Lansing will host its 4th Annual Trunk or Treat event on Monday, October 31st from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm in the parking lot of their resource center in South Lansing at 3525 S. MLK Blvd.
It promises to be a night of great community fun. There will be donuts and cider, snacks, a live DJ, and of course LOTS of candy! There will be a contest for the 'Best Decorated Trunk' for a fantastic prize basket. The Lansing Fire Department will be onsite with a Firetruck for kids to enjoy and the Lansing City Clerk’s office will be holding a mock election voting activity for all ages. Costumes are highly encouraged and there is a 'Best Costume' contest for the kids, with an amazing prize basket made possible by the event's community partners: The Lansing Promise, LAFCU, OPEIU Local 459, Stay Rooted, and Lansing Community College.
