MSU Music Presents Top Ensembles in a Week of Many Performances

Michigan State University College of Music, E. Lansing, MI in Cobb Hall, presents a powerful and diverse musical week. The MSU Wind Symphony, directed by Kevin Sedatole, director of bands, will perform on Thursday, March 22nd, at 7:30 p.m. The concert will feature faculty artist Ava Ordman as a trombone soloist. The Symphony Orchestra, directed by Kevin Noe, director of orchestras, will perform the annual “Honors Concert” on Friday, March 23rd, at 8:00 p.m. with guest conductors Soo Han and Evan Harger. Both concerts will be held in Wharton Center’s Cobb Great Hall. All performances are general admission, free for students with ID and anyone under the age of 18. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors (age 60 and older), and can be purchased online, at the College of Music box office, by calling (517) 353-5340, or in person (333 W.
